WHICH CLASS IS RIGHT FOR YOU?
BEGINNERS / INTRO
Intro classes are suitable for those with little or no experience.
Structured to build a firm foundation in kick boxing and Muay Thai e.g. basic guard, footwork, correct execution of strikes and defence techniques (in a controlled and supervised environment).
Partner work developing distance, timing, accuracy.
Students will also learn bag work, pad work (how to hold and strike pads bags correctly) and how to put on hand wraps.
Strong emphasis on fitness, building (slowly and progressively), aerobic, anaerobic fitness, core strength, flexibility, coordination etc.
General classes should be attended by those who have developed a firm foundation of Kick Boxing and/or Muay Thai. Students who wish to progress and challenge themselves further. Training will be more intense with a higher level of difficulty, covering more advanced strategies and more complexed combinations.
ADVANCED / INTERMEDIATE
Intermediate classes are suitable for the highly experienced students (serval years of training with competitive experience). Training is rigorous and challenging with advanced strategies and training regime.
