PRICES GOING UP TO £80 A MONTH SOON !! You can still pay £75 if you setup a Bank Standing Order or Pay Quarterly (Every 3 Months)  At the East London Gym


Monthly gym passes are available for £75 (£55 for students and £35 for juniors) per month and includes free access to all Gym classes and facilities. Gym passes are not transferable between different gyms. Think of how much you could save if you are really committed to your training!

One to One Instruction


The basic cost for sessions is £40 with reductions for block bookings of five or more lessons or students who wish to train together.
Personal and Private Group Tuition is available by arrangement, otherwise our classes do not require an appointment.

What is kickboxing? 

It is a dynamic martial art combining the best of boxing and explosive kicking techniques. A kickboxing was derived from thaiboxing you will fnd that all the techniques required for kickboxing are taught in our classes.

What is Thaiboxing?

  Otherwise known as Mauy Thai, it was developed in 16th century Thailand as a warfare art. It is renowned for its effective use of low kicks, knees & elbows

KO Code of Conduct:

• Thaiboxing is a highly effective and practical method of self defence which must only be used when absolutely necessary and then only with sufficient force to subdue any attackers. You must not attack first unless your life is in danger and there is no other action open to you.

• Wai must be made:
A) When entering and leaving the training room.
B) Joining the class.
C) Instructors Khru.
D) To partners for training.
E) All seniors.
F) When foul blows are delivered to partners at training.
