New Yoga Class Wednesday at 6pm

Hot Yoga is a form of hatha yoga which is carried out in a heated environment. Yoga classes are excellent for a variety of reasons, but Hot Yoga is particularly effective as the heat allows for a broader range of flexibility and range of motion. Hot yoga classes at Ko Gym have been purposely tailored for sports specific muay-thai, mma, and boxing and are equally mentally and physically rewarding.
Hot yoga is popular for a variety of reasons, including its ability to:
- Promote weight loss
- Enhance flexibility
- Create a sense of well being
- Increase vitality and health

Instructor: Paul Doyle
Paul successfully acquired a diploma from Bikram’s yoga college of India, back in 2002.
From there he homed in he’s teaching skills in bikram yoga studio across London. In 2005 he gained the premier personal trainer REPs 3 awarded. He is also a qualified nutritional consultant, and pilates reformer instructor.
He specialises in weiight management through optimal nutrition, muscular strength and endurance training, and kettlebell training.
