Ben is a qualified and registered osteopath recognised by the governing and regulatory body of the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC). He studied full-time for four years gaining Diplomas in both Osteopathy and Naturopathy

Ben also studied for an optional fifth year which gave him further expertise in fields such as sports medicine and cranial osteopathy. He also undertook a special interest research project which examined the effects of osteopathic treatment and functional core stability exercises on body sway in low back pain patients. Following his five years of study Ben was awarded the Bachelor of Osteopathic Medicine (B Ost Med) of which there are only a handful in the country.

Ben has particular expertise in dealing with sports injuries and rehabilitation techniques and for a number of years has successfully supported a mixed martial arts gym, with patients competing at national and international levels.

Ben is at the KO East London Gym every Tuesday evening from 7.30 pm and Saturday from 12 to 4pm. From 12 to 1pm on Saturdays Ben offers free 15 minute consultations to new or prospective clients.
