Class open to all levels, from beginners to those with more experience.
No frills training in small groups to properly learn the techniques of Muay Thai. A fun and effective way to lose weight and gain strength .Improve flexibility and core strength.
Focus is on technique and improving fitness with pair work as well as pad and bag work.
Saturday's class is taught in a female only environment.
Saturday 3:00 pm to 4.30pm All Levels
Tuesday 5:30 pm to 7.30pm All Levels
This class is designed to build you up from the basics and to drastically improve fitness and knowledge of techniques.
Taught by female instructor Anna Zucchelli.
*Seven years experience in Muay Thai
*European Amateur Champion at 57kg
*British and World pro champion at 57kg
